Kellie

Financial Administrator & Teacher

Kellie is the heart of our office, while also serving as Integrated Support worker. With her ECEA certification and many years of experience, Kellie brings expertise, dedication, and a nurturing presence to every aspect of her work.

Katey

Executive Director

Katey is an administrator, artist and author who is deeply dedicated to the IMHS community. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where all children can thrive. With extensive training in supporting non-vocal individuals, Katey brings invaluable expertise and compassion to her role.

Dragonfly Classroom

Jean - Teacher

Jean is a skilled Early Childhood Educator (ECE) with extensive experience in the field. This year, Jean brings her expertise and passion for teaching to IMHS as a co-teacher in the Dragonfly classroom, where she is excited to inspire and nurture young learners.

Riya - Assistant Teacher

Riya is back in the Dragonfly room this year, and we are so glad to have her. Riya is creative, calm and kind, which draws the children to her. We look forward to seeing the warm and wonderful ways she will help around the school this year

Ying - Teacher

Ying is back and is shining her light up in the dragonfly room, her cheerfulness, calm and kindness make her an essential part of the team.

Sunflower Classroom

Bernie - Directress

Bernie is a dedicated educator who is continually striving to enhance her skills and create an enriching classroom environment. She is a certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE), and Montessori Guide, reflecting her commitment to providing exceptional learning experiences for her students.

Prabhjot - Assistant Directress

Prabh is back for her third year at IMHS and we are delighted to have her with Ms Bernie in the Sunflower room . Prabh brings a sparkle with her into the classroom and helps out with before school care, we are lucky to have her!

Dandelion Classroom

Cindy -Teacher

Cindy is a dedicated educator and musician, who uses her creativity to create amazingly fun experiences for our kids, and we are all very excited to have her with us again in the Dandelion Room

Nidhani - Assistant Teacher

Nidhani joined us in 2026 and we are very grateful to have her warm, kind energy in the school. She is helping out in Dandelion classroom and we are excited to see her contributions to our community as well as her lovely smile each day

Katy - Teacher

Katy is spreading her incredible talents around the school this year. She is a lead Co-teacher with Miss Susan and Miss Cindy in the Dandelion room as well as heading up our online presence and social media

Susan - Teacher

We are very fortunate that Susan has been with IMHS on and off for the last 20 years. Susan is with us for a short period of time before she takes a leave and will be helping out in the Dandelion room as a co-teacher.

Integrated Support Workers

Ashu

Ashu brings a really positive attitude and some great teaching experience to the school. We are excited to have him helping our friends who need support in the Sunflower Classsroom. He is truly a joy to work with

Jasmeet

We are welcoming back Jasmeet for another great year. Her commitment and passion help all the children celebrate their uniqueness.

Avelyn

Avelyn is back and we are grateful! As a certified Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA), Avelyn brings her warmth and dedication to our team, creating a positive and nurturing environment for the children. Her calm and steadiness help us all!

Ria

Ria is back with the school for her second year. We are so happy to have her on the IMHS team and we are very lucky to have her making sure friends with support needs are included and celebrated.

Willow Tree Classroom

Inclusion Breakout Room

This year our Willowtree classroom has been redesigned to further our school's accessibility. There are different tools in the room such as a trampoline, light blocking tent, various seating options and many cooperative games and fidget toys
